About these terms
This website is operated by Ponkhi International Pvt Ltd. under the Ramraj organic brand. These terms govern use of the website and purchases made through it, together with the Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund and Privacy policies. Mandatory rights under Indian consumer law are not waived by using this site.
Your account and information
You must provide accurate contact, address and billing information and be able to enter into a valid purchase contract. Keep login codes private. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use the website to submit fraudulent orders, malicious uploads or unlawful content.
Products and descriptions
Check the selected size, soap composition, quantity, price and product information before paying. Photos illustrate the product; packaging may change and screen colours may differ. Such differences do not excuse supplying a materially different or misdescribed item. Batch-specific manufacture, best-before and storage information appears on the product label.
Prices, taxes and charges
The price and any discount are shown for the selected variant. Delivery and other applicable charges are disclosed before payment. The final order breakdown and invoice show the applicable treatment of taxes. We do not add an undisclosed charge after you agree to pay.
Order confirmation and availability
An order acknowledgement records your request. Payment/confirmation status and availability determine fulfilment. If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or listing error is discovered, we will contact you to explain the resolution, including cancellation and refund of captured payment where appropriate. Your agreement is required for substitutions or a changed price.
Soap pack customisation
Mixed packs contain exactly 2, 4 or 8 bars. You may repeat a variant. Prices depend on the chosen soaps and pack size; the final composition and amount are recorded when you order. A later basket change does not alter an existing confirmed order.
Payment and delivery
Use the payment methods available at checkout. Do not make an additional payment requested through an unverified message. Serviceability, delivery charges and order status are described in the Shipping Policy. Cancellation and returns are handled under the linked policies and applicable law.
Product use
Follow directions, storage instructions and date information on the label. Food products may contain milk or other allergens; check the actual ingredient/allergen declaration before consumption. Soaps are for external use; avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product descriptions are not a promise to diagnose, treat or cure illness.
Reviews and intellectual property
Submit honest reviews based on your experience, without unlawful or private material. Our brand, website content and product imagery may not be reused commercially without the relevant permission. This does not restrict lawful fair use or your right to describe a purchase experience.
Website availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the store available. Maintenance and provider outages may interrupt access. We do not exclude responsibility where exclusion is prohibited by law, or remove a customer's statutory remedy for a defective product or service.
Complaints and applicable law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Contact support with your order number and concern so we can try to resolve it. You retain the right to approach the appropriate consumer forum or other competent authority; these terms do not impose an exclusive venue that removes that right.
