We handle information needed to operate this website, fulfil orders and respond to customers. This policy explains the information used by our store and the purposes for which we use it.
Information you provide
We may receive your name, mobile number, email, delivery/billing addresses, optional GST billing information, order details, support messages, review content and photographs submitted with a return or quality complaint. Please do not upload unrelated personal documents or other people's information.
Account, basket and website data
The website uses session cookies and browser storage to maintain sign-in, your basket and recently viewed products. It may record request, device and security information to keep the store functioning and investigate misuse. You can clear browser storage, although this may remove saved preferences or sign you out.
Why information is used
Information is used to verify access to your account, process orders and payments, deliver parcels, provide invoices, track cancellations and refunds, investigate complaints, maintain required records and protect the store from fraud. Payments
Payment providers handle the payment authentication they require. Our order records contain payment references, amounts and transaction status; the store does not ask you to save card PINs, banking passwords or UPI PINs. Never send such credentials to support.
Service providers and disclosures
Necessary information may be shared with providers performing payment processing, hosting, delivery, OTP verification and transactional messaging, or with professional advisers and authorities where required. Couriers need delivery/contact details; payment providers need transaction information. Disclosure is limited to the relevant purpose.
The payment service you choose and any courier assigned to your order may apply their own privacy notices. Contact us if you need information about the providers involved with your order. We will update this notice if new analytics or marketing services materially change how information is used.
Reviews and uploaded photos
A review submitted for publication may show your display name and review content. Do not include phone numbers, addresses or payment information in a public review. Return-evidence photos are for handling the request and should not be published as a review without permission.
Retention and security
Records are retained for their operational purpose and applicable accounting, dispute and legal obligations. Access controls and security measures help protect them; no system can promise absolute security. Deleting an account request does not automatically erase invoices or records that must be retained.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete it or remove identifying details, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact support if you need information about the records associated with your account.
Your requests
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent or resolution of a privacy concern. We may verify your identity using proportionate information before responding and will explain any records that must be retained. We will handle requests in line with applicable law.
Children
The store is intended for adults placing orders. A parent or guardian should place an order on behalf of a child. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information that should be removed.
