Order and product enquiries
Include your order number, registered contact information and a brief description of the issue. For damage or quality concerns, include the product name, batch information and photographs if available. Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, banking password or full payment-card details.
Leave a message
You can send an email or WhatsApp message with your enquiry. If we cannot respond immediately, leave your order number and a short description so that our team can follow up.
Grievance escalation
If your concern remains unresolved, request escalation to the grievance officer. We will acknowledge a consumer grievance within 48 hours and work to resolve it within one month, in line with applicable e-commerce requirements.
